Qatar is an NOC required
 

I have been in Qatar now for only three weeks and the job and package I came for are not as agreed or thought.

I have been offered and interview with another company and very interested in the role, but need to understand the NOC process.

• I have not yet been given a contract, so not signed.
  
• I am on a temporary visa, not a full RP
  
• I have completed my in country medical, bloods and ex-rays, but not fingerprinting.

I have been told by people that if successful then moving would not be an issue due the above and that there is also a three month period to move company.

I understand that I would have to leave the country on my present employer exit visa, then come back in on the others.

lol not a lot in the UK and could be worse I could be back in Baku....:unsure:

If you haven't been issued a RP you will be ok , make sure your details have not been registered with the relevant ministries .
