That was what I thought and hoped, having not seen it on twitter etc..
Just read that the Al Arabiya website (that the others quoted) have taken the story down cos the publishers may have mistaken it for last years attempt.

I remember when the current Emir seized power from his Father who then fled to AD and stayed in the Intercon for many months.

All is quiet here.Business as usual.Have been told it was "misinformation" placed by Assad. Please do not ask me why...no idea.
