All of the goals in that match had a touch of weirdness about them (mind you given that three of them involved Arsenal defence I suppose that's hardly unprecedented).

That said, if Giroud had scored with his 1st touch it would of been 2-2 and maybe different.

That's the thing. Too many idiotic failures by this team turn games where they could and should get a result. It could easily have been 0-0 but for stupid mistakes (though I guess Munich would have turned up the heat more if they hadn't gone 2 ahead so early). It could also have been 3-3 if two of the three or four good chances Arsenal missed in the second half had been converted. Not saying Arsenal deserved a draw but I don't think Munich were quite as impressive as much of the reporting suggests.
