  • Ales and Beers.
  • The natural beauty of the land.
  • The English, Irish, Scots and Welsh in no particular order.
  • Lovely young ladies with lots of character, charm and the ability to wear a short skirt, thin tights and heels in -5 Degrees and not complain that it's cold
  • Lots of accents and dialects to judge each other on when we actually all share very similar culture
  • People not shoving in line.
  • Not speaking French to French tourists even when you can to let them know how it feels
  • Rule of law.
  • The Sunday Roast.
  • Oh, and ales and beers...

Try Japan. They have furry toilet seat covers (not just for the lid, for the actual bit you sit on: mad).

  • Buying booze in a supermarket, corner shop or even a petrol station (without need for a licence)
  • Long summer nights where it’s still light at 9pm
  • The smell of freshly cut grass
  • Low-cut tops with a bit of cleavage on show

You often get the wrong sort of cleavages in Asda though. You certainly do in the Crawley branch.

Surely you spotted the touch of humour in Millhouse's original post? I think it passed most people by though, judging from their comments.

I spotted the humour, although I did have to read it twice.

I just love the current penchant for visible tattoos all over forearms, necks and faces. Classy.
