Politically incorrect? Probably. Funny and completely inappropriate for the High Street. Definitely!

Which village was this pub in? I lived in Hurley for 6 years (parents still do) and don't remember this place - perhaps the name has changed?

I think it was somewhere on one of the back roads outside of Twyford around the small village of Hare Hatch - may have changed names or closed down by now though.

Some friends of mine owned a pub in Somerset called "the Rest and be Thankful"

I ran a restaurant in Littlewick Green near Twyford and don't remember a pub called the Whippet Inn

Hi,

One of my all time fave's is the "Whippet Inn" in Hare Hatch between Maidenhead and Twyford on the A4. Its just behind the "Queen Vic". Or was.... :( Dont know if its still there... Moved to Frogland a while back....

Love
