The main aspect of any hit is the surveillance,
Ill be in dubai on friday conf, running.. Get your sniper rifle ready. I shouldn't be too hard to hit, ill be the one going marginally quicker than a dead snail..
There is no boathouse at hereford...

Unfortunately I'll be heading to AUH this Friday...If only wife and child were not in the car with me, I would've made a pitstop on the way to take a hit at you...

There is in Poole though....
Anyways, As many have said, all this boils down to context and their standards (within the enitre peer group) of where to take offence differ greatly from the rest of us.
BTW, I have been called a Brit with so much venom, spite and threat of violence that i was shaking like Peter Kay's dog. I have also had the same thrown at me by dear friends (and my other half) with a smile and nothing but warmth. Only the receiver can decode the intention and thus the offence.
Some words have had their meaning hijacked by a constant association with a particular intention of malice - thats why i try and use a constanly shifting palette of insults!
