Thats just an insult. 600000 people have been killed because of that megalomania, many more have been maimed and a whole nation has lost its stability and sense of dignity, and Bushie apologizes for the act of a child. That stinks of PR. Either he is mocking the Iraqis or he thinks very lowly of their intelligence.
