England will scrape a nervy 1-0 win with a deflected shot or something like that...then fluke their way to the semis.
USA will beat Algeria 2-0 and it could be 1970 all over again in Libya.

I predict lots of obnoxious pissed brits claiming how great we are (no matter what the result) and, depending on the result, we were either robbed, or it was all part of our strategy and we are heroes. I shall be at home, watching Eastenders.

Well, I shall, once again, be propping up a table in JA Club this evening, supping on the finest (and cheapest!!!) Kilkenny in Dubai and hoping for the kind of upset that has Les Bleus travelling economy back to CDG....

But I think you have misunderstood. I was in no way pointing a finger at one person, that was meant for the whole friggin' lot of them...
Mind you, I did win the sweep during the USA game..
1966 was mentioned within the first 120 seconds of the game...
The Algerian game it took them all of 10 mins..!!!
