Poison at the beach

Today a friend of mine lost a dog due to poison put out on a beach in Qatar. This is a very fast acting poison, the dog died within minutes.
We do not know yet what exactly this poison is. If you are in Qatar, be careful with yourself and your children as even a small cut or wound may prove fatal. This poison also may act on skin contact, and if your children are playing in the sand, they may get it into their moth or eyes.
So far this is only happening in Qatar, but who knows, copycats are not out of the question...so please be careful!

I doubt it...it happened only this morning...but we are creating a BIG stink about it over here. We will see how far we can take this.
