Awesome guys.

Side question; is April the month of salary surveys or something? Anyone who calls with a vague description of a role seems only interested in pumping me for package information. As an experiment I have been giving ridiculously low answers to them.

No idea mate, I've only ever done one salary survey, I charged them for it and made it all up in 15 minutes.

Any recruiter should know how much any role they recruit for pays in each country they deal with and the difference between contractor, consultant and client/developer.
