Playing football in Abu Dhabi

I've been in Abu Dhabi for nearly 4 months and my belly is growing by the day... I need to exercise but I hate the treadmill.

Does anyone know if there are any 5 or 7 aside football leagues to join? Or even better just a group of people playing for fun?
