Does anyone know of pilates or yoga classes available in AD without having to have membership of the club / facility where they're held? In the evenings or weekends. For a bloke. And not so I can perv.

don't think you have to be a member of Health & Fitness Club to do the classes there.

or just get a Wii Fit. The bird on there is quite nice.
