Difficult to say, depends on the reason for it, but Davidoff Cool Water is my favorite, shows style, isn't to strong or to weak either.

Clean man smell beats any perfumes. Actually man with light perspiration is pretty good too.

Terre D'Hermes is great, my OH loves it on me.

Lately I'm using Amouage Lyric for men, quite pricey but is very nice. Made in Oman too.
