Go to Carters and order fish and chips - the tartare sauce comes in little cast metal saucepans about two and half inches diameter. Take a big handbag - they are perfect for this kind of a job (and obviously oven proof).

Try adding a bit of cinamon to the meat instead of worcester sauce

I know you dont want to and will be thinking it wont go but it does and the pies will taste fantastic

Always add a pinch of cinnamon to lamb. Works every time Also a teaspoon of redcurrant jelly.

same way adding some dark chocolate to Chilli con Carne in the last 30 mins of cooking gives the flavour more depth. Or sprinkling a little ground pepper on fresh strawberries
