You can not on the one hand demand dues from your customer when you have made it clear you will miss the original delivery date by over a decade, then on the over hand tell your customers they have to be realistic about debts you yourself owe in refunds." This would be comical if there weren't people going to prison because of it. |

Just bumping this. Why isn't it bigger news? A semi-state organisation which is making profit but brazenly states it will only pay 20% of what it owes...Or are we just comfortably numb?
