passport renewal

My passport has about 3 pages left (but many years to run). Can I just renew it using the usual forms found online or do I need to do anything different?

You can renew a British passport anytime, just carry your old one with you

usual forms, but remember to send it to liverpool now. you will get 9 months added to make up for the many years you loose!
