passport pages

Mrs Spugsy is almost out of pages in her passport due to loads of stupid work trips - and we're on holiday in a few months, can you get extra pages for your passport or do you need a new one??

She'll need a new one - would be an idea to get the thicker one (48 pages I think instead of the standard 32 page one).

I've heard of them being received within 2 weeks but I guess no guarantees.

She could always get 2 passports - not sure of the ins and outs but someone at the embassy should be able to advise.

If in the UK on any these trips you can get a new one same day - see UKPA website

That would be the best way to do it, certainly cheapest.

They used to add extra pages, but don't think they do that any more.

If your Missus travels a lot, there won't be a problem getting a second passport (but hurry along, I've heard they are going to get very strict about 2nd passports soon).

She'll just need a letter from her employer stating....errr...she travels a lot!

It's classed as a replacement rather than a new PP so shouldn't take more than around 2-3 through the place in Germany.

no she will need a new one, as mentioned above you can get the new superduper 48 page one now or a second passport (let from employer), the passports are now being printed in the uk, docs still go to germany but the passport comes from uk and so should be alot quicker, heard its back to 2 week as it was at the beginning before the summer rush.
