Yes. It does seem to have affected the entire site. I had calculated the shut-down to be at midday NZ time. It's just 10.30am here in NZ.
I was rather hopeful that IB would put up announcements to le tht members know. I may try a thread to the NZ forum to stop all the WTF ! posts.

Ahaaa well in America they blame the Canadians, but now we know who the real Culprits are.. Been a boil over in NZ eh
