I learnt on coal, but gas is easier. Insell, if you want to cook fine. If you don't want to eat what I cook, fine as well! I may not be as good as my old man, Coxy Senior who is the master, but I've never made anyone sick, and never had complaints.......but if you'd rather someone else stood in front of a fire in 40 degree heat......
