It is aye, and it was brilliant, Beirut is a bit run down and bombed (as you'd expect) with police and army with guns, but the people are so friendly, lots of places to go and eat,
and the snowboarding was brilliant, tons of snow, the place we stayed in was ok but plenty of places to eat and drink and just loads of fun. I'd highly recommend it.
