so we are actively looking for new employment we have decided to pay the rent for the next 6 months (hopefully 2 cheques) , school fees are paid til the end of June, visa's run out in April. It's great that you have some time at least. Definitely negotiate 2 cheques with your landlord and explain the circumstances - am sure he will agree.
