We used to lose water quote often in our villa - where your water tank/mains supply access is, there is likely to be a trip switch which when pressed, would start up some pump and get the water pressure up again to supply the house.
See if you have a similar switch to use.
(note, I'm no plumber so excuse the technical jargon, but pressing the switch may work!)

well.its done..i think.
they have replaced my float valve,whatever that is...who cares,ive got water! yay!

Personally I would check the float valve as it may need replacing
