Obama and Africa
Re: the excellent, continued help extended to Africa during George’s tenure in the White House; do you think that Obama should shelve the programme, or continue and risk being accused of nepotism by the Chorus of the Ill-Informed?
Do you think Obama’s background will be an influence on the way he will deal with matters concerning Africa? |

In the case of the Dubya administration's help to Africa, it is for a specific cause administered through specific channels. OK the channels are religion-based, but - at least - the aid is getting through. I challenge Shadya's pooh-poohing of George's contribution and ask her to name ANY single administration in the world that has done more for the cause espoused. |
