If they really do harness the sun, winds and soil to fuel their cars oil prices will drop further and it will cause a lot of instability in the region - especially when the wealthy despots who run it start running out of money to keep their people entertained and distracted...

Agree totally...of course he was reading from autocues to his left and right. That is why when he made his speech he never looked straight ahead when talking. If you look at shots before the speech ...you can see the two autocues.

well, i was just reading in international herald tribune that it WAS an autocue...apparently, obama uses a teleprompter more than any other president, even for every day rountine announcements...
