Nitemares...

Nitemares...
The last two nights i have had the same type of dream.
Ist dream: i come home alone and see the light on under the door in my spare room and i know someone is in there.
2nd dream: i return from shopping and put the food in the kitchen then a man comes out of the spare room holding a knife and a camera.
Both times i wake up with a jolt heart thumping in my chest etc!
Does anyone have any ideas of what it means or had any nightmares like it???

I have really bad insomnia,when I do sleep I talk and sleepwalk..and as for the dreams,they are bizarre.They should lock me up for experiments,i swear.
