My planned trip to Kenya has been shelved but my sources tell me that Sir Bob Geldof and his band are likely to be playing at the Irish Village for only AED75 on the 14th in connection with their traditional St. Patricks Day festivities...which is quite an enticing prospect.

......... everyone knows Sir Bob is utterly crap live, slurred vocals (more noticeable live of course) and a regular purveyor of bum notes to the people.......
He only plays 'licensed' venues these days, presumably hoping the entire crowd will be too pissed to notice the quality of his performance.
