Mind you we had been drinking day and night for 4 days solid by that point. Port for breakfast didnt help!
ended up in bed for 5 days when I got home with Alcohol poisoning. those were the days

Even after my most horrific drinking binges as a kid, I could always remember everything. Just this one occasion.

or people could learn to take more responsibility for their own safety and security, ask their friends to look after their drinks, finish their drink before going out for a fab, there are alternatives that individuals can do if they are serious enough about the danger to watch out for themselves.
If people are already smoking outside, and then drinking outside too, then the logical conclusion is to have entirely open-air restaurants and bars with a fenced off special 'indoors' section...

will check on the SL then.
it is quite sad though that people cannot go out with friends without having to constantly leave the table to go outside for a fag. Suppose we'd better get used to it. will certainly make the quiz night interesting once the new laws come into force.
