a nice piece of lamb...

...yum, I'm going to cook a nice roast lamb this weekend,

now, where is the best place to buy it? Spinneys seems pretty good, not too cheap but I want quality meat,

I'm in Mirdif and work in Jumeirah so that butchers at MoE is miles away really,

any ideas? or just spinneys?

yeah not too bad, I think it will be good warm up for tomorrow... Need some practice to get back to any sort of pace really!

Sort of a bit like Dean Ashton's old man really, I thought...

How are the new boots, did you clean and shine them after their debut goal?
