Default News of The World & phone hacking

Can these scumbags sink any lower?

Yesterday claims that they hacked into phones linked to the Milly Dowler murder and now there are allegations that they hacked the phones of relatives of the vistims of the 7/7 bombings.

Can Andy Coulson stay in his job for much longer?

The whole thing is utterly vile.

WakeUp is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: News of The World & phone hacking

One of the relatives of the 7/7 family has asked for those responsible to be hung, drawn and quartered, this may be a bit extreme, but only a bit.

Unbelievably arrogant behaviour, and there is likely more to come on this story.

The Milly Dowler one is disgraceful.

On the radio they said the claims were for hacking in and deleting messages to free up space for more. However the police / family assumed this meant she was listening to them and gave quite a bit of false hope (whether true or not)

Listening to Wayne Rooneys voicemails is rude and an invasion but getting your hands dirty when someone is missing / abducted / murdered is unforgivable behaviour

They need the full force of the law on them, that ginger bitch Rebekah whatshername and the rest of them. Jail time and massive, massive fines for the paper is what's needed.

The whole tabloid press industry needs a good kick up the arse...they are at best parasitic scum who do nothing but contribute to keeping their readers dumb.

This is the tip of the iceberg. The word is there's so much more to come out: those big news stories over the years will all have connected phone hacking.

Disgusting, scandalous behaviour and there is no way that the editors (Ms Wade, and Mr Coulson) weren't aware of the hacking. They would have sanctioned it, if not ordered it. The chief hacker was on the payroll earning £105000 p/a for ****'s sake - would an editor not be aware of THAT?

I once worked for Kelvin Mackenzie and he went over everything - if you farted, he knew about it. These two scumbags are editors built in his image, trained in the Murdoch way. This makes Mackenzie look like a nice guy...

I really hope this puts an end to Murdoch having complete control of BskyB too. He is not fit to have such a monopoly.

Lastly - they were all at it - all the red tops and even the broadsheets. The Daily Mail actually tops the list for use of private investigators. Jeez even Women's own were at it. Although probably not to listen in to a missing kid's messages.

He's trying to get full control of Sky, and the Tories are quite happily letting him have his way. He owns more news outlets than is legal in some countries.

Curious the original phone hacking scandals never got this sort of outrage I find. But I guess politicians and celebrities are legitimate targets in the media's eyes.

All senior management at the papers are culpable.

All friends of the ruling elite , all in the same social circle , same St James Gentleman's club and same summer villa in Tuscany .

Murdoch just publicly backed Rebekah Brooks last night saying she has his fullest and upmost support . The same witch would be screaming from the Pulpit that if it was a politician that he or she should do the 'honorable thing' and resign.

Didn't know she was married to Ross Kemp or spent summer with the Blair's and Christmas with the Cameron's.

Parasite of the highest order

We should never lose sight of the fact that this guy was not just hacking phones for ‘a Newspaper’, he was hacking phones for the Newspaper group that can, and often does make or break political careers.

That is why there have not been investigations by the police into this. No one dare stand up to Murdoch and his bully boys. Blair needed the support of Murdoch, Brown finally lost it, Cameron got in on the nod and Cable was tossed out on his ear for having the temerity to suggest that Murdoch owning everything was perhaps not the best method of ensuring a free democracy! Remember, the police were all to eager to spot any amount of crimes committed by peaceful protesters, but cannot spot a systematic attack on people’s phones? Yeah, right. This git was working with implied impunity because he was working for Murdoch. Cameron employed a downright scumbag as a press officer because he was a scumbag and not about digging out dirt on the opposition.

You cannot be an effective government in this Country without the direct say-so of Murdoch. I wish it were not so, but look around you.
