Hi all!

I'm a newbie in Riyadh...wife and 3 yr old daughter staying back in the UK while I settle down to a reasonable routine here.

Consultant in a big hospital here,good work environment, great colleagues!

Looking forward to interacting with expats who've been here and done it..

New to the forum, been offered a job in DOHA and will be moving in around 2 months,
I will work in the rail business, and currently in the UK

Hi All,

New to forum and have just moved to DUbai three weeks ago! Got a job in difc and moving into my place in downtown this week so lots of tihngs going on but things are going tosettle down so may be good to find some like minded brits to make the transition a little easier!

im 26 yo male, living on me own, i dont drink or party, into my football though (managed to find a group of locals/expats who have welcomed me into their weekly games!), enjoy a bit of rock climbing / gym/ and general just exploring places and nature sort of things. I also have a nerd side and am into my games and computers!

If anyone works around the difc area or lives downtown area and has simliar tastes please shout! even if you dont , please shout! part of me moving here is to go outside my comfort zone so im open to try new sports / activities etc.
