Re: New Year Resolution
I have resolved to be less tolerant of morons this year.
It hasn't taken long to kick in - I have had a very satisfyingly unpleasant exchange of views with someone in The Locker Room (he insulted me via Karma, of all things ) and have enjoyed unfollowing someone who angered me on Twitter (and telling her why).
I'm enjoying 2013 already.............

Re: New Year Resolution
I have decided to:
Be positive about living in Dubai rather than staring at the road back to AD all day.
Get a job ( hopefully sooner rather than later)
Lose my last 2 stone and get my total body lift done, that will bring my total weight loss overall to 13.5 stones, more than half my body weight and remove all the nasty left overs I have so I can look normal finally.
Pass al my uni exams and go into 2014 with only 6 months to go on my degree yaaayyy

Re: New Year Resolution
You did that with a hangover too?
I am still not smoking (1 in 13 days now, with that single one a week ago) and managed a couple of hours with smoking friends yesterday. I figure the more people know the better as it'd be more embarrassing if I started again.

Well done, IMO that's the two hardest, first 72hrs and socialising, challenges done... Stay with it...

Re: New Year Resolution
Maybe spy out a reward for the end of January to treat yourself when you've got that far?

Re: New Year Resolution
I'd venture to suggest that rapist, pedophiles and murders are worse, but I get your point. I'm already disliking the smell. I'll be the most annoying type of ex-smoker - the ones who can't bear being in smoky bars or near smokers!

Re: New Year Resolution
The only thing worse than a non-smoker moaning is an ex-smoker moaning.
