Posting email excerpts, Karma messages or Private Messages of ANY type or length is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this rule.

While I agree with that on the whole, I find it hard to believe this is the first time people have asked for him to be banned. It seems it took it being discussed in public for the first time for any action to be taken.

Banning trolls promptly will solve a lot of the issues.

I agree but sometimes you have to give some posters enough rope to show that they are trolling. Also moderators aren't hovering around the site all day waiting to pounce
