New Thursday Afternoon thread
Let's talk about shoes.
Anyone have experience ordering shoes from Undandy.com? Concept is intriguing. Semi-custom design. Prices are reasonable. Brit company but shoes made in Portugal.
Or what about Meermin? Spanish shoe producer. Good reviews and surprisingly reasonable: https://www.meermin.es/in_en/
Either case, thinking of getting boots this time. Camel coloured, perhaps.
Any strong feelings on those straps and buckles you sometimes see on men's shoes? I don't have any and I have mixed feelings about those.

I am liking this one:
https://www.grenson.com/uk/sharp-men...ther-sole.html (whips out credit card)
Grenson does have beautiful shoes. I've been trying to expand my shoe repertoire outside the UK and have picked up some surprisingly nice American shoes and a few from the continent. But at the end of the day the English flat out have the best shoes regardless of what the Italians may think.

Shupdate (Shoe update, see what I did there?)
I ****ing love both pairs of Loakes I bought. They're unreal. Will buy more in the UK and another pair of wooden shoe tree shape things.

Should this thread not perhaps be retitled Sex & the City 3 (even more outlandish and tedious than SATC 2)?

Great shoes , try a Grenson Triple Welt Archie if you like a Loake wing tip , big jump in price at 400 quid but a cracking shoe mate .

But beautiful. I'm going to be thinking about this one for a long time.

They do look lovely but very, very chunky. I'm in London at start of Feb and I'm going to have to go for a wander some lunchtimes to look at shoes.
