As an ex-BMW driver, this survey is probably right. Something about the driving position and engine noise does provoke piss poor driving. I loved my old 535, but when it was stolen, I didn't get another. I bought an old fart's car, a Rover 827, and was a much more sedate driver...

I actually agree as well. When I had my old 740 in Riyadh I drove sooo aggressively. When I occasionally drive Mrs Shed's current 3 series some of the old red mist returns.

Thats hardly ground breaking! Most people have known that Beemer drivers are generally pricks. I know I am when I drive the Mrs' 325i.

Saying that I do feel that this study is a tad outdated. This was particularly true a few years ago, however, these days its either Golf or Audi drivers who more often than not piss me off. This is, of course removing the 'local in a Landcruiser / Patrol / Lexus' variable.
