New Prime Minister (and Labour leader)

Re: New Prime Minister (and Labour leader)
It's all very interesting, not all good in my personal view, but fascinating to observers.
Is BoJo as Foreign Secretary high level trolling? The man went to the Prince Philip School of Political Diplomacy and his previous comments will be dragged up every time he goes somewhere. The jokes on social media, Twitter in particular, at his expense last night were funny and you have to find the humour in times like this.
I'm sure all that will be forgotten - only to be brought up by the gutter press of all countries, he's one of the brightest politicians of our generation.
Labour is in the biggest mess we have seen since the early 80's. I do hope they can get themselves in some kind of shape as I think it's important to have a proper opposition. As for the LibDems, where are they? Particularly disappointing to me as I am naturally aligned with them.
Question is, with both UKIP (RIP) and the SNP taking their votes from them, how can a centre left pro EU party convince their natural supporters in places like Sunderland to vote for them, and if they can't win Sunderland they'll go the way the Liberals did a century or so ago.
I watch with interest and not a little trepidation.

I cannot believe that anyone with any sense would want Trump a US President. He's a delusional. self-serving, arrogant liar. if you support him I will not take you seriously.
Anyway, back to UK politics. This is funny. Buzzfeed article "Why Britain Suddenly Has A New Prime Minister, Explainer For Americans". Amusing for Brits and everyone else too. (Don't get arsey UKIP types, it's humour.)

Clinton is a lot lot worse.
May maybe a breath of fresh air through the Tory party, she has heavy jewish connections but sort of get the feeling she is gonna be a "look after our country and **** everyone else, whilst at the same time proclaiming globalisation is the way forward"
Just like Merkel
Maybe thats what we need

There has been an extraordinary amount of spin against Hillary Clinton. No one is saying she is squeaky clean (you don't spend that long at the pointy end of US politics without upsetting people) or perfect but it's OTT.
Suggest you have a read of this to try and form a slightly more balanced opinion.
The most thorough, profound and moving defense of Hillary Clinton I have ever seen.
Trump has no political experience, no real depth and is not the business success he claims.
Again we're in least worst option territory.

Is she the best of the worst options? I dont know
But the fact the banks are in complete control of her cannot be a good thing

Least worst option? She's just disgusting - even sub-contracted her wife's duties.
Anyway...

Do you think we'll actually fully leave the single market?

UK is a massively nett importer, every man and his dog will want to get on board.
The weaker pound gives us a chance to maybe start manufacturing again, I hope this new leadership in the government encourages start up businesses that actually produce and export something tangible rather than the focus on service industries that has gone before.
This is the UKs chance, I hope they don't balls it up

And the EU as we know it, will go back to what it was at the beginning, a Trade organisation, that was before the lefty liberal champagne socialists got their way.

Well UKIP has run it's course, what it wanted has happened, so they should alal just pack their bags and bugger off. Farage and his cronies should be banned from collecting their EU Parliamentary salaries, and those should be given to the NHS to build these hospitals every week that he promised.
