Flavours on 2, Towers Rotana, SZR is your best bet, cheap, wide variety of food, no view. Might do a bogof deal.

I think the Sofitel does some evening deals. Check Time Out as that will list them.

Don't book for an actual 7s night - you will never get there in time.......

Beachcombers in JBH (not sure if it includes booze), Latitude in JBH, Flavours on Two, Media Rotana has Channels (then you can go to Rock Bottoms ) I think Amaj Rotana on JBH also does an all-inclusive.

Take a look in Time Out, it usually has a list.

For an evening brunch at that end of town your options are a bit limited - Channels @ the Media Rotanta (also has 2 for 1 Entertainer vouchers I think), Aquara @ Dubai Marina Yacht Club or The MED Night Owl Brunch @ Media City Hotel (foods not great but it’s fun). If you’re willing to travel a little further Le Meridian Village terrace brunch, Ember Grill @ The Address Dubai Mall, as well as some of the others already mentioned.

Flavours on Spew.... are you guys kidding me? That has to be one of the worse places in the whole of Dubai! You'd have to pay me to go in there. Terrible food selection and slow, less than average service.

Ibn Battuta gate is a good call with the entertainer vouchers. Was there last weekend. Excellent value.

Movenpic in JBR is OK and you can sit outside in the terrace.

Spice Island is good value although is in Deira so nothing in the way of views.

Toshi (Tecom Rotana I think) is generally pretty good. Great Asian food and not slow with the bevvys. Also, you're on something like the 15th floor so good views.

One of the best cheapie brunches I have been to in years is at Biggles by the airport. Good food, very generous booze allowance, cheap price and great staff.
