So I thought I would show you some pics and vids of my T5, I love it so much, can't wait to take it for a spin.

Video is a quick run in Dunkerque, France before getting on the ferry back to the UK. We have been to Amsterdam and were returning.

Did it do 173mph and have over 340bhp?

Each to their own, I love it....

Yeah my dad used to own T5's.....they were astonishing. Love the engine tone - it's pretty unique.

He never quite plucked up the courage to buy a T5R despite my persistant nagging. They were quite 'desirable' at the time though so i don't blame him.

Nicely put.... I mean the standard T5 was in it's hay day the fastest production saloon and estate on the planet, without any tuning it was restricted to 155mph, that's why they won all of the touring car events.

I used to slag Volvo drivers off until a lorry driver told me about one he had and said try one, so I did and fell in love with it, I mean listen to that exhaust note in the video and tell me that doesn't sound better than a lot of cars out there, it's beuatiful and you won't find a 1995 T5 in better condition than mine for love nor money.

Erm, from Amsterdam to UK in a rather discrete but very fast, reliable and expensive car...

I think we would be useless at what I think you are suggesting, probably would have smoked it all before getting on the ferry...

Mrs RK has a T5 C30; like shit off a hot shovel, not that she would know, but she does love it. Daughter thinks it's totally cool specially since it featured in Twilight.

Did the motorway traffic cops not use T5's?

Says it all about the performance.

Has that rear quarter panel in the second shot been repaired around the wheel arch?

Anyway cool car though I've always been more of a Saab man myself when it comes to Swedish fun .
