Murder or Rape? What's Worse?
A debate we had in work a few days ago.
An alien body part forcefully being inserted into another persons body part....
or
losing a life??......Murder has to be worse, doesn't it?
Though I remember a bloke on Right to Reply once who made a good point. His daughter had been murdered years before, and he was complaining about how we glorify murder to an extent with all the Inspector Morse, Agatha Christie, PD James etc etc on TV.
How come we have "Murder, She Wrote" but we'd never have a show called "Rape, She Wrote."

Both pretty unpleasant to say the least, but I guess it's possible for the psychological (and possibly physical) scars to at least partially heal after some time with rape, whereas you can't really recover from being murdered.

well murder would be cheaper for Bangles. Then at least he wouldn't have to fork out for those little blue pills that men of his advanced age require!
