Mr fridge repairer

Mr fridge repairer
Ok so my fridge stopped working over a week ago, 2 guys came out (not the ones who nicked my iPod) and had a look,s aid they needed a part and would be back on MONDAY,
I rang them 5 times a day since then, especially SATURDAY when I made the guy on the phone tell me his full name and made him PROMISE me that they would come,
they didn't,
so same thing today, 'they come soon, they left depot' etc but still they don';t come,
seriously....what can I do?? its a samsung fridge, under warranty but they just aren't coming out, just a load of indian blokes who constantly lie to you,
what....what can I do??? :curse:

Like that will make a difference! Do you seriously think that the driver/repairer will first of all know who they are, and secondly, understand what he means without him trying to spell every word? Spugs is a Geordie after all.......
