Moving Accommodation

So our Landlords have raised our villa rent by 20% as allowed by RERA but my boss says its too much, having also added a new 5K annual maintenance charge. So we are now looking for a 2-3 bed place for max Dhs95K by end of December. Not interested in Dubailand, IPZ, Silicon Oasis, JVT and anywhere off the Old Emirates Rd. Our daughter's school is in Garhoud. Any ideas?

Cannot add maintenance charge, that is LLs responsibility.

Thanks. We are on waiting list for Shorooq and Ghoroob, but nothing currently available in our price range unless you know different.

Not until the end of the school year, whereafter my family will definitely leave. I may stay on for a while alone as no suitable jobs back home.
