My thoughts exactly . . . . Also hope if anyone else was involved they don't spend the rest of their lives feeling guilty for someone elses stupidity getting them killed. My neice was in an accident where a woman was killed (it was the woman's fault) and she still feels really really bad.

According to the article it happened at 2.30am. I didn't think there was too much traffic around at that time?

You sure he didn't crawl accross the line and was shot by a police officer? ;)
