Monsanto pulls out of Europe; thoughts?

I'm on the fence. Don't know how legitimate the criticism against GM crops is.

Gm food is the least of concern surrounding Monsanto
Their insecticides and pesticides have a long history of being utterly destructive to nature and man.

You would be hard pushed to find a more evil and malicious corporation. They have spent billions around the world to buy politicians, lobbyists and suppress studies demonstrating long term environmental damage by their products.

A quick google on Monsanto and bees
Another on Monsanto and Indian farmers
Or how about an illegal campaign to spread gmo corn in Mexico
Or maybe the farmers in the us who have been jailed for keeping seeds from Monsanto crops an replanting them the following year.

There is literally no end to their shitty ways and have an open policy to control the worlds food supply.

"The world according to Monsanto" is a documentary that makes a good starting point as is "food inc"
