where to go on a Sat. evening
...just back from the gym, and don't want to be in the hotel.
Any suggestions on where to go 4 an early evening drink - where people might be friendly if I head out solo?

Dubliners at Meridien Village (near airport) is not bad. Loads of sport, decent food and generally friendly atmosphere.

leftbank is usually quite busy...and koubba in al qasr hotel is great for an early evening drink, not sure on how friendly it would be though...
and then there's always double deckers...will no doubt be heaving with footie types, lol...
