Guys love gadgets that they can show off to their mates ! 
Since he's already into golf, then why not get him a digital golf range finder...so he can see how far it is to the flag, select the right club and get a hole in one !

I love them, especially aromatherapy massages. I can easily fall asleep unless its deep tissue.
