Hi all,

I'm in need of a good massage at the mo, I'm incredibly tense and stressed and now have aching across my shoulders, back and calves to the point it hurts if anyone even touches my back or shoulders so think it's about time i do something about it. So I am looking for a masseuse/physio that actually knows what they are doing, not a poke you around to make you relax a bit. Obviously no happy ending required.

Any suggestions?

Dubai Physio are very good - at the Town Centre Mall Jumeirah.

The Osteo place next door to Spinnys on Al Wasl is very good although they don't deal direct with Alico (you need to claim it back). As is the place further up towards Satwa opposite the Dubai Marine Club and these deal direct with Alico so you get approval first.
