I also hate football as i consider it to be a game where 22 overpaid nancy boys prance around for a while after a ball with a few thousand refs watching.
I am. however, in the minority. People here love MU and rave on about them all the time.

My learned Manc colleague is wrong....Ebbsfleet are based in Northfleet, and this is the important part.....thats in Kent

FYI, Essex is a different county altogether, and has a rather large river seperating it from Kent,.....you may have heard of it, its called the River Thames

there are more than enough east londoners to fill Upton Park without all you mockneys joining in.

as for morecambe they are mid-table. used to watch every home game and quite a few away games as a kid as I wasn't allowed to go to Old Trafford due to the frequent trouble back in those days. but I was born a Man Utd Supporter. My father was a red, his brothers reds, his father a red. Unlike you I never changed the team I supported! ;)
