Where is that graph of temperature v.s. number of pirates? If you analyse any set of statistics enough you could publish something which shows a correlation, but a correlation doesn't mean anything. You’d need to know more figures to ascertain the reliability of the data.
Now a better question, how might you use you knowledge about the rules of football as an outside to sway the match if you where a professional gambler?
