I know them from the UK, and have had cause in the past to question their motives.

They are proving to be a bit slow at the moment

They are quoting jobs between AED25,000 and AED45,000 at the minute - I trust this is per month as they do not make it clear. This is for a project Architect. I have asked them to clarify this.

Yes - If they don't get back to me within 3 days I call there boss! Always works.

Macdonald are just like all the others, you have to bug them constantly to get anywhere. They do not offer a personalised service and will tend to put you forward for jobs where the biggest commission is for them rather than what might be best suited.

I actually once had them try and dissuade me to take a job offer via a rival firm, because they had a candidate up against me. They were that stupid they thought I wouldn't realise. I then made sure my new company stopped using them.

I've used them in the UK.....okay but motivated by sales, not your welfare like all the other agents. Less obvious than Hays tho...
