Re: Mac Stores Dubai
An old tattered MacBookPro 17" which my toddler dropped from a great height during a tantrum and is held together with gaffer tape and trying not to get electric shocks from it. It is over 3 years old now.
A MacPro with upgraded memory (RAM & harddisk - 3Tb!) bought from Crucial.com - graphics card is now 2 years old and getting a bit out of date. My husband runs Bootcamp on this and boots up in Windows to play his games - I mean, run his Business applications - on (Far Cry is work related isnt it?!)
And a brand new spanking 13" MacBook which works almost as well as my old MBP and quit frankly is far more portable a laptop than the MBP.
And on my wishlist is the new iMac for my photography - but I will wait until the new one comes out at the end of January 2009.

Bootcamp works well - you can use it either as a virtual machine (where it runs as a window/application within the MacOS) OR you can boot your Mac to startup in Windows directly (much faster if you want to play games).
Bootcamp used to be quite buggy, but has been stable since the last release (6+? months ago). Of course you are then dependent on Windooze....
