Oh I know they mean well - so I don't take offense, hey I'm old I'm supposed to have lines!! I am also a HUGE coward, hate pain and so will just have to stay wrinkly while all around me get botox!

Just been listening to some Lebanese prat on the radio telling us that their real estate market is buoyant, that prices have been rising steadily for the last five years and that buying a villa near the Syrian border for US$1.5 million would be a profitable investment.
